The De'Longhi Sfornatutto Pangourmet EOB2071 is therefore divided into Forno Sfornatutto and Forno Pangourmet . This last function is probably the most interesting one, in fact it is possible automatically knead, rise and cook both bread and cakes. It is an excellent alternative to the bread machine, we see that even the the quantities with which it operates are more or less the same: 0.5 - 0.75 - 1 kg . As for the more traditional function, that Sfornatutto, we find 6 different types of cooking: ventilated, traditional, delicate, grill keeping warm and defrosting . There internal capacity, however, is not particularly exciting, they are 20 liters volume (some models exceed 30 l) where they can be inserted trays up to 31 cm in diameter .
